The National Center PreciDIAB was present during the “Prevention and Reduction of Health Risks” day which took place on April 05 in the New Century in Lille. The PreciDIAB stand received many guests eager to learn more about the National Center and its many projects. Among the visitors, we had the honor to receive Xavier Bertrand, President of the Hauts-de-France regional council, who is one of the major supporters of the project.
In parallel with the show, Prof. Philippe Froguel, Prof. Philippe Froguel, Scientific Director of PreciDIAB, gave a conference for the general public on the theme “obesity is not inevitable”. This presentation was one of the key moments of the day to promote understanding of the issues of prevention to combat obesity and its consequences.
